Wes Fraser/Erik Loney Team Up at Froggy Bottoms











Froggy Bottoms Executive Chef and kitchen manager Wes Fraser (pictured left) will now be assisted by Sous Chef/assistant manager Erik Loney. Erik started cooking under the tutelage of Wes in November of 2008, aided also by Micah Humann, and Erik succeeded Micah this June. Erik is a Northfield native who will be 19 in July. His brother Shane Loney worked at Froggy Bottoms for two years. Erik says he loves working at Froggy Bottoms, with its nice and laid-back atmosphere. In fact, "Everyone is awesome!" Froggy Chefs Test Their Wings at the Hot Wings Cook-Off May 30
